Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Request Return

  Log into your account or use our returns portal to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags and authenticity cards included.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Hand your package to the designated courier or drop it off at an authorized collection point.
